For a major online retail software company designed an e-commerce portal geared for large scale B2C applications providing an uncluttered shopping experience and powerful management and administrative features in the back end. Designed built-in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) module which is automatically generating contextual page titles, descriptions and keywords for each product, and on-demand generation of multi-format (CSV) feeds for shopping comparison search engines such as Froogle, Shopping.com, Yahoo etc.Created Google and other search engines SEM campaigns, placed strategic scripts in the application to calculate and improve conversion rates, analyzed website logs.

Worked with Commission Junction to acquire website affiliates.

Developed (user controls) components for Credit Card Management and Shipping calculators for FedEx, UPS, DHL and USPS via web services.

Designed asp.net components for Customer Product Reviews, Best Sellers, and Product Linkers Developed CC Payments integration to an Electronic Payment Gateway via XML. Credit card Custom Control for .NET.

B2B E-Commerce with CRM Integration

Laser Technologies, a printer sales and service company, hired us to develop a B2B E-Commerce application to work in conjunction with the company's CRM application.

The application is designed to enable the company manage and sell printing services and supplies online with just-on-time delivery of services and supplies to business customers based on service contracts including commissions to sales engineers

The site provides a set of tools including web-publishing & file system components, dynamic menu creation, new customer authentication and registration and other website management tools and Data Import & Export module.

We architected and developed an Internet based 3-tier application for contract repair service providers, manufacturers and distributors. The application facilitates prospect customer qualification, enrollment, online service order request and trouble call qualification and scheduling. We provided:

Functional specifications, and system architecture, Database architecture
Part order & Inventory, Contracts and Pricing module (backend and GUI)
Data Import & Export module of backend and GUI
Developed a B2B catalog providing blanket-order & contracts.
Payments module integration to an Electronic Payment Gateway to Authorize.net.
